That's it - Starting with WHY:
I've been always wondering why couple of things and movements I have done went really wow and some didn't.

I am the same guy, right? So, why some yes and some no ?
Over the time I have started to see some small differences about what I liked and how I liked to do things. People told me that I get "too passionate." In fact, sometimes I even forget to breath when I start talking passion :) and I took that as a wrong thing and tried to change it. But guess what, I DID NOT LIKE THAT !
I just LOVE to be passionate, that's the way I am and that's the way that worked for me the best.
I have been blessed to work with totally wonderful people over the years and I guess they didn't work with me just for money, in fact I didn't pay most of them :) So WHY ?
When we started our company Ataxo it had really a meteoric rise in first three years more than doubling sales every year. With no funding, no existing market, so why ? When I look back, the single best thing I see and remember were the great people and the vibrant energy. Back in those days I went around and was hiring everyone and told everyone how WE are going to change world, what we believe and why. People didn't fanatically jump up and down, but as it turns out, they loved that. Over the time I have handed the hiring process over and we started to have problems to hire.....managers didn't explain WHY....
All of this, that there is a WHY and you HAVE to push it and you ought to explain what you stand for in life, has been my gut feeling for years, but never really had any "real" theory to put underneath that, until today.
Today I opened up my TED e-mail and there it was: "Simon Sinek...and WHY"
Thanks Simon, now I will never forget again !

NYC 2010:
I was super excited to come to NYC for SES 2010. Unfortunately I got sick and had to post pone the whole thing.
So I came on 10th of as Sara suggested and it was a GREAT week.
The Islandic volcono changed my travels plans though and now I get to have another week in NYC and meeting even more people, isn't that great :)
