I believe !
There was a time when I was shy about what and why I believe things and didn't really want to shout it loud.
But that time is OVER !
I believe:
- I have the power to change the world and make it better place !!!
- I believe that it is our DUTY to be active and change the world ourselves for our children. There is no "somebody will do it!" No, it is US: me, you and you as well !
- I believe that every individual voice counts, no matter how small you feel to be, somebody will hear your voice and it can be the right guy to spread it wide. Read Malcom Gladwell's Tipping point book or go to 140conf.org and you will see stories of people who changed the world.
- I believe in working with right people. I can choose who I work with.
- I believe that it is my right to say NO.
- I believe working on tasks and projects that make sense to me and that make a difference. No matter how big it may seem to others, if I see it, if I feel it, I believe!
- I believe that small group of people tight together is bigger in doings than hundreds of people who don't share WHY.
One of my first wake up calls came couple of years ago when my little daughter asked me what I do. I realize that I can tell her technical details of what I do, but she doesn't care. She wants to know WHY I do what I do and how it will help other people. Clever little monkey, it is a tough and clear mirror for me :)
